The $97 Automated Audit Report is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Implementation and monthly monitoring are separate offers.
Paid, but your report is not ready?
Retry the same confirmation link from checkout. A delayed payment, stored-report check or email retry can take longer than the browser redirect. Do not make another purchase to recover an existing report.
Need to return later?
Keep the report email and its recovery link private. Recovery returns your saved report, rather than fetching the public website again. You can also download the JSON while the report is open.
Cancelled, failed or refunded payment
Returning from checkout does not prove payment. Reports are released only after server verification. New delivery is unavailable when current payment evidence shows a refund or dispute. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled.
Billing, refund requests and delivery problems
The report support destination is still being verified, so new report checkout remains paused. Existing buyers should retain their receipt and original confirmation link.
